In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the former residence of Zhuge Marquis Wu was newly built. Emperor Zhaozong of the Tang Dynasty granted Zhuge Liang the title of King Wuling, and granted the temple to Longzhong, which is the temple of marquis Wu. It has been repaired in the later dynasties. What he saw was the building built during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in 1973. There are four entrances and three courtyards in Wuhou Temple. The central courtyard has left and right corridor rooms. In the main hall, there are statues of Zhuge Liang, his son Zhuge Zhan and grandson Zhuge Shang. In the west side, there is Sanyi hall, with statues of Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. The four halls are full of plaques, poems and couplets inscribed by celebrities of past dynasties. During the Chenghua period of Ming Dynasty, Gulongzhong was comprehensively repaired and expanded, forming ten scenes: Wuhou Temple, sangutang, gubaiting, yeyunan, gonggengtian, liangfuyan, baoxishi, laolongdong, liujiaojing and xiaohongqiao, thus laying the basic pattern of Longzhong. Many cultural landscapes related to Zhuge Liang's reclusive life are hidden in the green forest and red maple, which are very quiet and elegant. Looking at the relics of Zhuge and appreciating the inscriptions of the past dynasties, it seems that I have been thinking for thousands of years.
