Luocheng town
It is located in the Middle East of LUANNAN COUNTY, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. It is adjacent to songdaokou town in the East, Fanggezhuang town in the south, sigezhuang town and bagegang town in the West and Chengzhuang town in the north, with an administrative area of 96.31 square kilometers.
During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, the city belonged to the state of Yan; in March 1984, the people's commune was abolished, which was called the town of Luocheng; in April 1989, Jiangpao township was incorporated into the city. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the town was 61952. As of June 2020, the town has jurisdiction over 50 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 2 middle street.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Luocheng was 110 million yuan, an increase of 29.4% over the previous year. The local fiscal revenue was 60 million yuan, an increase of 48.7% over the previous year. The per capita fiscal revenue was 2586.3 yuan, an increase of 27.9% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 6780 yuan. In 2018, there were 91 industrial enterprises in Luocheng Town, including 18 Enterprises above Designated Size and 50 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, the city belonged to the state of Yan.
In the first year of Tianbao in the Northern Qi Dynasty (550), it belonged to Lulong County.
In May 1946, it belonged to Chengxiang District and Siqu District of LUANNAN COUNTY.
In May 1953, built town, LUANNAN COUNTY.
In July 1954, it belonged to ten districts of Luanxian county.
In September 1958, it belonged to rocket people's commune.
In November 1958, it was changed into the people's commune of Luocheng, belonging to leting county.
In January 1963, it was transferred to LUANNAN COUNTY.
In March 1984, the people's commune was abolished and called Luocheng town.
In April 1989, Jiangpao township was incorporated into China.
In January 1996, the three townships of GuanZhai, shangpozi and Fanggezhuang were abolished, and the offices of GuanZhai, shangpozi and Fanggezhuang were set up; in April of the same year, the office was renamed the management area, and the management areas of GuanZhai, shangpozi and Fanggezhuang were managed by Luocheng town.
In July 1996, GuanZhai management area was abolished and merged into Luocheng town.
In February 2002, shangpozi management area was abolished and merged into Luocheng town. Fanggezhuang management area was set out.
