Guquan street, belonging to juancheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of juancheng County, bordering ChenWang street in the East, Fuchun Township in the south, Dongkou town in the west, old town in the north and Danian Township in the northeast. With a total area of 54 square kilometers, the area has a total population of 106500 in 2011.
In December 1981, it was changed into Chengguan town. In December 1983, Chengguan town was divided into Chengguan town and liangtang township. In September 1985, Chengguan town was renamed as - town. In February 2001, liangtang township was abolished and merged into juancheng town. In May 2010, juancheng town was designated as Guquan street. In June 2020, Guquan Street governs 4 communities and 22 administrative villages.

In the 16th year of the Republic of China (Guquan Street), it was Chongxing District of Pu county.
In August 1949, it was the first district of juancheng.
In September 1958, it was changed into Chengguan commune.
In December 1981, it was changed into Chengguan town.
In December 1983, Chengguan town was divided into Chengguan town and liangtang township.
In September 1985, Chengguan town was renamed as - town.
In February 2001, liangtang township was abolished and merged into juancheng town.
In May 2010, juancheng town was divided into Guquan and ChenWang streets.
In September 2011, five villages in ChenWang street, including Lilou, xidonglou, juntun, wanghutong and dazhaozhuang, were designated as Guquan street.
