Hubin town
Hubin Town, belonging to Boxing County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the central and southern part of Boxing County, adjacent to dianzi town in the East, Xingfu town in the southeast, Caowang town in the south, Qifeng town in Zibo City in the southwest, Jinqiu street in the west, and Chengdong Street across Xiaoqinghe River in the north. The area is 65.94 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Hubin town was 46251.
In September 1968, Hubin commune and zhaihao commune were established. In May 1984, it was changed to township. In December 1994, zhaihao withdrew his hometown and established a town. In March 2001, zhaihao town was merged into Hubin town. As of June 2020, Hubin town has 25 administrative villages.
By the end of 2018, there were 389 industrial enterprises in Hubin Town, including 22 large-scale industrial enterprises and 57 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In the Shang Dynasty, Hubin town belonged to pugu state.
During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, they belonged to the state of Qi, BoChang and Le'an.
In the Qin and Han Dynasties, it belonged to the Marquis state of BoChang county and Yanxiang.
In the late Tang Dynasty, it belonged to Boxing County.

Xingguo Temple
Xingguo temple is located in zhangbafo Village (original zhaigao Village) of Hubin town. It has been rebuilt many times since Sui Dynasty, including zhangbafo hall, Daxiong hall, East and West Wing rooms, Mountain Gate and other buildings. On the left side of the hall of zhangbafo, there are three steles. They are the steles of Xingguo Temple rebuilt in the first year of Chenghua, Wanli and Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty. Among them, the stele of Xingguo Temple rebuilt in the sixth year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty is engraved with the origin of the legendary "Zhangba Buddha". Xingguo temple is famous for its eight Buddhas. "Zhangba Buddha" was carved in the first year of Tianping (534 A.D.) in the Eastern Wei Dynasty. It is a blue stone, single three-dimensional round carving, with a height of 7.1 meters and a Buddha statue of 5.6 meters, which is 0.2 meters higher than the commonly said one Zhangba. In ancient times, "one Zhang eight" was grand and tall, so it was named "Zhang eight Buddha".

Located in zhaigao village, Hubin Town, Boxing County. Sitting in the north to the south, the Buddha statue is 6.75 meters high, 1.5 meters high, with a bottom area of 7.29 square meters. It is a single vertical round carved blue stone statue. The Buddha has a square face, a smile, a large face and ears, and a solemn Dharma. He is wearing a "commendatory clothing and broad belt" cassock with a monk inside. His chest is knotted, and his hands are applied with "Inaction" and "seal of wish". He stands barefoot on the lotus seat. In 534 ad, "Xingguo Temple" was built here. The statue is located in the main hall of the temple. Later, Xingguo temple was destroyed and the hall collapsed, leaving only Zhangba stone Buddha. In 1992, it was listed as the provincial key cultural relics protection center
