Shijing town

Shijing Township belongs to Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui Province. It is located at 116 ° 47 ′～ 116 ° 53 ′ E and 30 ° 34 ′～ 30 ° 39 ′ n. Located in the middle of Huaining County, it borders Yueshan town in the East, HONGPU town in the south, Huangdun town in the west, Xiushan Township and Chaling town in the north. The people's government is stationed in Shijing community. It is 12 kilometers away from Gaohe in Xincheng in the north and 22 kilometers away from Anqing in the southeast.

Historical evolution

Shijing mountain has a huge stone, smooth as a mirror, which can shine on the clouds. The county annals call it "Shijing hankong", which is one of the twelve scenes of Huaining in the old times. Shijing township is named after Shijing mountain. The industrial economy in the community is relatively active, with nearly 10 enterprises including conch cement plant, seagull pipe, dolphin cement, etc. Datang Village is located in the east of Shijing Township, adjacent to Yueshan Town, covering an area of 4.25 square kilometers, with 24 villager groups and a population of 2570. The transportation is convenient. National Highway 318 passes through the territory. The terrain is hilly and shallow. The mountain area is 2000 thousand mu. The development trend of forestry industrialization is good. There are three enterprises in the village, including Xinfeng nail factory and Shengquan water tower factory. Hengtang village is located in the southeast of Shijing Township, covering an area of 4.36 square kilometers, with 24 villager groups and a population of 2882.
