Mijiang Township
Mijiang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Hunchun City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, is located in the west of Hunchun City, on the North Bank of Tumen River, bordering ying'an town in the East, meishanli, Qingyuan County, Democratic People's Republic of Korea across Tumen River in the south, Liangshui town, Tumen City in the west, and Shiliping Township, Wangqing County in the north, with an administrative area of 409 square kilometers.
In the Liao and Jin Dynasties, it belonged to Wuta tribe of Nuzhen County; in 1983, Mijiang commune was transformed into a township. By the end of 2018, there were 2107 registered residence households in MI Jiang township. As of June 2020, there are six administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Mijiang rural area.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Mijiang township was 1.5 million yuan, an increase of 10% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 6576 yuan. Mijiang township is located in the northwest of Hunchun City, on the North Bank of Tumen River. The terrain is high in the north and low in the West. Most of the mountains are in the north, with an altitude of 150-650 meters. The most western part is the Mijiang river valley basin. The main mountains are dalongling mountain and Panling mountain, with the highest peak at Mopan Mountain, 1114 meters above sea level; the lowest point, Mijiang village, is located in the southwest of the Mijiang river valley basin, 60 meters above sea level.

The river in Mijiang township is Tumen River system. The largest river is Mijiang river. Originating in the southern foot of Mopan Mountain, it flows into more than 20 gullies and streams, such as dabinglanggou, Beigou, Donggou and ganmijiang. It flows through five villages, namely San'an, zhonggangzi, xiawazi, Jiefang and Mijiang. It flows into Tumen River at the west entrance of Mijiang village, with a drainage area of 77.1 square kilometers, accounting for 19%. Other natural resources include mineral water, Tricholoma matsutake, Osmunda japonica and Rana chensinensis.
