Luobu town is located in the west of Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It was once called Huayuan city in history and was under the jurisdiction of Jinhua. It was also called Xinxing city in the reign of Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, and later it was called Luobu.
