Jialing District, belonging to Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northeast of Sichuan Basin, the southwest of Nanchong City, and the West Bank of the middle reaches of Jialing River. History of construction
Jialing district has a long history. In the Neolithic age, there were ancestors living along the Jialing River.
In the primitive society, Tang Yao and Yushun belonged to the "Kingdom of Guoshi".
Yin Shang belongs to the state of Ba people, and Zhou is the land of Ba Zi.
In the late Warring States period, it was Langzhong county.
In the fifth year of emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty (202 BC), Liu Bang set up Anhan County in his hometown, Jialing District, in memory of Jixin's sacrifice to protect Liu Anhan's achievements.
In 598, Anhan county was renamed Nanchong County, and Jialing district still belonged to it. Since then, the construction of Nanchong has changed many times, and Jialing has been subordinate to Nanchong county.
In 1910, Nanchong county was divided into six districts. Now Jialing is under the jurisdiction of the southern and western districts at that time.
On December 10, 1949, Nanchong was liberated.
From 1950 to 1993, Jialing district was divided into Nanchong county and Nanchong City (county level).
