Life

According to Zhu's genealogy, Zhu Zhengchu was admitted to Zhili Prefecture in the 11th year of Tongzhi. As for Zhu Zhengchu's life, the genealogy records: "his life was simple and unsophisticated, he was determined to be successful, he was besieged many times, he was fond of writing poems and prose in ancient style, he liked to help the Duke in Zhou Dynasty, he was diligent in solving problems, he didn't believe in monks and witches, he was enthusiastic and generous, he was good at official affairs, and his mother was filial to his nephew."
