Zhu Fengxiang was born in Liping, Guizhou Province in Qing Dynasty.
Qing jiaqingzhong (1796-1820 AD) paid tribute. He was the magistrate of Weiyuan, and then the magistrate of Dunhuang. Li Ping is the only people as far as Dunhuang county official. When Zhu Fengxiang was in Gansu Province, he made friends with Zhang Jiehou (Zhang Shuyang) of Wuwei. Zhu's book has ten volumes of Shi Chao of Shen'an Tang, and five volumes are continued. The continuation of Guizhou poetry records 55 of his poems, ranking first among Liping's poets. When Li pingren and Li birong from Zunyi compiled Shangli poetry series, Li birong proposed that Hu Xiaoya and his son, Ni Junshan and Zhu Zhencai should be compiled separately as selected poems of four schools.
