Sun Liya (1610 ~ 1680) was named Junjian and hongzhai. Zhili Rongcheng (today's Hebei Baoding Rongcheng) people, sun Qifeng eldest son. When I was young, I was brilliant at reading. When he was 16 years old, he was a student in the city. When he passed the dingxingjiang village, Lu Shanji taught him the outline of recognition and biography, which made him know the similarities and differences of Cheng, Zhu, Lu and Wang's learning. After the death of Ming Dynasty, he lived in seclusion. Sun Qifeng moved to Sumen and left Liya at home to guard the tomb. He was as indifferent as usual in the tent house. When the villagers had any doubts, they all came to him to decide. Some felt ashamed and gave up the idea of dispute when they came near. People compare him to Guan Ning in the Three Kingdoms period. He has not been in the city for more than ten years, and he has never visited the public. As long as local officials go through their doors, they often meet and discuss with each other. In the 18th year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1661), the Ministry recommended talents one by one, but he refused. Soon after he arrived in Sumen, his knowledge became more and more profound, and what he said was related to reason. Zhao Tan, a scholar, said that he "has true temperament, but can be true learning". After sun Qifeng's death, he was so sad that he kept his etiquette and made six promises: first, to be a man; second, to be self reliant; third, not to be proud; fourth, not to break up; fifth, not to be self righteous; sixth, not to copy his composition.
