Huang Bingheng (1900-1989) was born in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province.

In 1920, he went to American aviation school to study aviation technology. In 1922, he returned to China to serve as Sun Yat Sen's servant, and soon he was ordered to set up an aviation school. in 1924, he was the instructor, Captain and principal of Guangdong aviation school. And once acting director of aviation. In 1926, he was the director of the Aviation Department of the general command of the national revolutionary army. in the autumn of 1929, he was the captain of the air force of the Central Army Academy. On September 20 of the same year, he served as deputy director of Aviation Department of the Ministry of military affairs. He was promoted to director of aviation on July 6, 1931. On April 13, 1932, he served as director of the air force Affairs Office of the Military Commission. He was appointed as a member of the National Aviation Construction Committee on April 29, 1933. In the same year, he was the director of education of central aviation school. In 1934, he was the director of the general affairs department of the Aviation Commission. On September 7, 1935, he assumed the post of Air Force colonel. On May 1, 1936, he served as a member of the Aviation Commission and director of the Education Department of the national government. In May 1937, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Aviation Commission and director of the third department. In March 1938, he concurrently served as the director of the General Department of the Aviation Commission. In the same year, he served as the director of the Chongqing Office of the Aviation Commission and the commander of the Chongqing air force. In 1939, he was transferred to Lanzhou as commander of the first military region of the air force. He was promoted to major general of the air force on May 25, 1940. He became the third route commander of the air force on January 19, 1941. In December of the same year, he was transferred to the air force attache of the US embassy. On January 1, 1945, he served as a member of the military service office of the national government. In May 1948, he served as air force lieutenant general of the military service office of the presidential palace. He went to the United States in early 1949. in January 1989, he died in Los Angeles.
