Ma Yulin (1768-1829), with the name of Xiyuan and the name of Xueyu, was born in Shanghe, Shandong Province. He was a Jinshi of Jiaqing Wuchen and a prefect of Lijiang Prefecture.
Life of the characters
Daoguang Jiashen (1824) was ordered to guard the south of Yunnan in winter, and arrived in Yunnan Province in June of Yiyou (1825) to make up for Lijiang Prefecture.
