Originally named Jichun, the late name of jiangxue old man, Houguan county (now Fuzhou City) people. He was smart and studious when he was young. At the age of 13, he joined Aofeng Academy. He was educated by Zheng Guangce, a famous Confucian scholar, and worked with Lin Zexu, Liao Hongquan, Liang Zhangju and other classmates. He was elected in 1804. Twenty five years (1820), Jinshi was sent to the government offices of the Ministry of punishment to study, so he was the chief editor. From 1829 to 1842, he successively served as the head of Henan Department of the Ministry of criminal justice, wailang, a member of Shaanxi department, Shangdong department, Guangdong Department, taiguangdao, ningchi, Anhui Province, Hunan Province and Shandong Province. Twenty three years (1843), called to Beijing, changed Guanglu Temple minister. In 1844, he left home. Yang Qingchen devoted his whole life to the administration of officials. He was incorruptible and made remarkable achievements. He worked in the Ministry of punishment for a long time, tried many difficult cases, never made mistakes, and a large number of unjust, false and wrong cases were vindicated. He is fond of chanting and has written many poems. His poems are clear and clear with the flavor of Tang Dynasty. He is the author of jiangxueshanfang poetry collection. In his later years, he lived a hard life, but he was very strict. In the third year of tongzhi (1864), he held a banquet for Lu Ming, and was granted the second rank. He died at home in 1867 at the age of 85.
