Ye min, male, Han nationality, born in September 1970 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, holds a master's degree, a Chinese certified public accountant, a certified real estate appraiser and a returned student. He began to work in October 1992 and joined China Zhi Gong Party in December 2011.

At present, he is a member of the Central Committee of Zhigong party, vice chairman of Fujian Provincial Committee of Zhigong party, and director of Fujian Provincial Department of natural resources.
