Raw materials for making rice paste soup:
250g rice, 1500ml clear soup, 200g scallion (chopped), 120g butter or vegetable oil, 100g flour, 2 egg yolks, 50g milk or cream, appropriate amount of salt and pepper.
Steps for making rice paste soup:
1. Mix egg yolk with milk or cream in a bowl.
