Fresh cold fungus 1000g, fat and lean pork 250g, green garlic 50g, cooked lard 100g, refined salt 5g, monosodium glutamate 1.5g, pepper 1.5g, onion 15g, ginger 15g, wet starch 25g, common soup 500g, sesame oil 15g.
