Production steps of Wensi tofu:
Cut tofu into shredded tofu, blanch it in boiling water, remove the beany smell, and make tofu into strips. Add chicken soup and clear soup in the frying pan. Add shredded tofu, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. After boiling, skim off the foam, add salt, monosodium glutamate, shredded ham and shredded vegetables. Pour out of the pan into the soup bowl and pour in chicken oil.

Wensi tofu

Ingredients needed
Tofu (450g), winter bamboo shoots (10g), chicken breast meat (50g), ham (25g), mushrooms (fresh) (25g), lettuce (15g), salt (4G), monosodium glutamate (3G), etc.
Production method
1. Peel the bean curd and cut it into shreds. Blanch it with boiling water to remove the yellow water and beany smell;
2. Remove the stem of Lentinus edodes, wash them and cut them into shreds;
3. Peel the winter bamboo shoots, wash them, cook them and cut them into shreds;
4. Wash the chicken breast with clean water, cook it, and cut it into shreds;
5. Cut cooked ham into shreds;

7. Put shredded mushrooms into a bowl and add chicken soup
