Raw materials for making Mapo pot:
There are 2 bags of Mapo Tofu Su, 1 bag of raw meal, 200g beef, 1 piece of oil tofu, 1 / 4 cabbage (cut into 4-5cm wide), 2 scallions (cut obliquely) and 3 mashed mushrooms (cut into 5mm wide).
Steps of making Mapo pot:
1. Pour the oil into the frying pan and stir fry the beef and tofu.
2. Add Chinese cabbage, corncob and scallion to the salad and stir fry together.
3. Pour the 2-fried ingredients into the pot, add 400cc water and 2 bags of Mapo Tofu, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Dissolve the raw powder in 30cc water, pour it into the pot and mix well.
