Raw materials for making Chaoyang egg tofu:
400g soft tofu (sliced), 75g lean meat (diced), 75g shrimp (shelled, intestines removed and drained, diced), 2 large cooked eggs, appropriate amount of onion. Marinade: 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, right amount of pepper.
Chaoyang egg tofu production steps:
1. Steam soft tofu over medium heat for 10 minutes, drain and keep warm.
2. Cut the steamed egg in half, take out the yolk and crush it. Dice the egg white, add lean meat, shrimp and marinade and mix well.
3. Stir fry the protein, lean meat and shrimp in 2 tbsp oil until cooked. Add in the sauce and cook until hot through. Sprinkle with bean curd and sprinkle with crushed egg yolk and onion.
