Raw materials for making red root Yuba
Water hair Yuzhu 50 grams, carrots 75 grams, sesame oil 15 grams, onion, ginger each 1 gram, pepper 1 gram, sugar 1 gram, monosodium glutamate 0.5 grams, refined salt 2 grams.
Processing steps of red root Yuba:
1. Wash and peel carrots and cut them into strips 5cm long and 0.5cm wide. Soak beancurd in cold water, wash and cut into strips of the same size as carrots.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, fry the Chinese prickly ash and remove it.
