The facade of the auto hall is a curtain wall system composed of 4000 aluminum plates. Because each piece of aluminum plate is similar to an acute angle parallelogram, and the geometric parameters such as the length of the four sides and the camber of the spatial arc of each piece are unique, and the difference is small, it is very difficult to process and install the curtain wall. In the process of construction, the automobile Pavilion creatively used the automobile manufacturing technology for reference, subverting the traditional processing technology of aluminum curtain wall. For example, the computer 3D design modeling of modern automobile body design technology was used to set a unique appearance for each aluminum curtain wall, and in the final installation, 3D full system scanning space positioning was used to set a unique and accurate installation position for each aluminum curtain wall, and make the aluminum curtain wall stable The gap between the panels is less than 5mm to ensure the smooth appearance of the final curtain wall. Since the main steel structure was capped on August 26 last year, the high standard facade and curtain wall installation project has been started in the auto hall, which finally makes the auto hall show the streamlined radian and whirling shape.
