Wulongshan Park
It is located in the west of the park, 3 kilometers away from Longshan County in the north, covering an area of 72.7 square kilometers. Wulongshan gorge is 15 kilometers long, and the narrowest part is only 50 meters. It is a typical "V" shaped valley formed by erosion and dissolution. The two sides of the river are full of emerald peaks, colorful flowers and trees, with streams and fish playing in the water. The scenery is pleasant, and it is known as "Ten Mile corridor and one picture screen".
The well-known volcanic cave group is distributed in the valley slope. Up to 2014, 212 large and small caves have been found, which are rare in China for their dense distribution, complex structure, peculiar shape, deep extension and rich landscape. The main karst caves are Feihu cave, Wulong cave, Shihua Cave, wind tunnel, silver carp cave, etc. in addition, there are large Tiankeng drums. Feihu cave is the most spectacular scenic spot.
Cave explorers from the United States, Japan, Belgium and other countries have explored the cave for many times, but so far they have not found out the end of the cave. It is known that one cave leads to three provinces. Underground Yinhe River, underground lake, underground mountain range, karst fissure, branch cave, drop sill and blind well are abnormally developed and circuitous. A hall has been proved, covering an area of more than 30000 square meters, with the highest point of 340 meters. Its scale is rare at home and abroad In particular, pink or blue "blind fish", "blind tadpoles" and other rare animals are also found in the ponds and Yinhe River in the cave. This is the third discovery in the world after Iran and Gejiu in Yunnan. Professor Yu Jinbiao of Nanjing University said that "the flying tiger cave can become the first underground research laboratory in the world to study biological degradation".
Huang Yongyu, a famous master of traditional Chinese painting, made a picture of fire dragon after visiting here. He praised it as "two thousand and two hundred caves in Longshan, and the grotesque run of the caves is unknown"; Professor Gu Yuan, a world expert on caves, called it "a mysterious fairyland, which is marvelous.".

Located in the east of the park, it is 38 kilometers away from Longshan County in the north and 77 kilometers away from Liye ancient city in the south, covering an area of 69.31 square kilometers. It is a scenic spot with the most abundant geological relics in Wulongshan Geopark, with typical features of karst platform, canyon and stone forest landform.
Goujing formation is lower Permian and Triassic limestone. It is a karst platform composed of an isolated and well-developed syncline basin, with an elevation of 1000-1422 meters. It looks like a huge ship, towering in the northeast direction on the low hills of Silurian sand shale. Surface depressions and funnels are scattered all over the world, and clusters of stone forest are in various forms against the background of green trees. There are karst caves running through the stone forest from time to time, and people can swim in it like a maze. The canyon is steep and deep, the river is winding, and the waterfall is flying down. Underground karst caves and underground rivers are strongly developed, and 314 large and small karst caves and 106 karst depression funnels have been found Eyes. In addition, there are three thousand year old Metasequoia plants living fossils which survived and developed after the Quaternary glacial period.
Luota park is known as "typical representative of exposed karst in southern China" and "Encyclopedia" of karst geology. It has high ornamental, scientific research, teaching and popular science value. As early as 1978, it was designated as the karst research base of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. The successful example of Luota people's "karst depression reservoir" has been recorded in the history of karst groundwater development and utilization in China.
Landscape features: the park is a natural karst geological museum in China, with complete types of karst platforms, canyons, peak forests, stone forests, stone buds, depressions, funnels, caves, etc., with rhyme combination and peculiar landscape creation; underground river system and karst caves are extremely developed, with grand scale and complex structure rarely seen in China; stone flowers, stalagmites, stone drums, stone pillars, stone curtains, stone mushrooms are found in karst caves Mushrooms and other stalactites make wonderful scenery.
