Dajinmen
Dajinmen is located in the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum in Zhongshan scenic area, Xuanwu District, Nanjing city. The gate is located more than 750 meters northwest of Xiamafang, which is the first South Gate of Xiaoling Mausoleum.
Dajinmen was originally a double eaves building with yellow glazed tiles. The existing masonry walls are made of stone. The lower part is made of xumizuo, with a width of 26.66 meters and a depth of 8.09 meters. There are three gate openings on the wall. The middle gate is 5.05 meters high and the left and right gates are 4.25 meters high.

The Xiaoling Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty is located in a beautiful environment with ups and downs of mountains, surrounded by mountains and water, and the human and natural landscapes are natural. The mausoleum has a large scale and rigorous structure. From Xiamafang to Baocheng, the Xiaoling building is 2.62 km deep. The main building of the mausoleum was surrounded by red walls with a circumference of 2.25 km.
After more than 600 years of vicissitudes, the wood structure of many buildings no longer exists, but the layout of the mausoleum still retains the original magnificent style, and the underground tomb palace is intact. The main buildings and stone carvings in the mausoleum area include Fangcheng, minglou, Baocheng and Baoding, including Xiamafang, dajinmen, Shengong Shengde stele, Shinto, shixianglu stone carvings, etc., which are all architectural relics of the Ming Dynasty, maintaining the authenticity of the original mausoleum buildings and the integrity of the spatial layout.
The architecture of the tomb area is divided into two parts: the first group is the Shinto part, from Xiamafang to the main gate of Xiaoling; the second group is the main part, from the main gate to Baocheng, minglou and Chongqiu.
Along the Shinto, there are Xiama square, forbidden stele, dajinmen, Ming Xiaoling Shengong Shengde stele Pavilion, Yuqiao, Shixiang Road, shiwangzhu, Wujiang, Wenchen and lingxingmen. After passing the gate of Lingxing and turning to the northeast, you enter the main part of the cemetery. On the north-south axis facing dulongfu, there are: Jinshui bridge, Wenwu square gate, Xiaoling gate, Xiaoling hall, neihongmen, Fangcheng minglou, Baoding, etc. Mausoleum buildings are prepared according to the central axis, reflecting the style of traditional Chinese architecture.
