Boshan Park
Boshan Park was built in 1957, and now covers an area of 5 hectares. The planning area of Boshan park is a 6 hectare mountain city park. The highest altitude of Boshan park is 209 meters, the gentle place is 182 meters, and the relative height is 27 meters. Facing the Xiaofu River and back to the original mountain, Boshan park is divided into three main tourist areas: upper, middle and lower.
In the south of Boshan Park, the fish pond is the center. There are lotus leaves and fish flying at the bottom of the pond. There are many flower beds around, such as cherry blossom, Magnolia, Begonia, pomegranate, peony, rose, carnation, hundred day red and so on. From March to the end of autumn and early winter, a sea of flowers are blooming. The central part of the hill is a tree lined road with winding paths leading to seclusion.
The upper, middle and lower tourist areas are connected by 142 stone steps facing the door. Looking up from the door, it is like a stone screen, which is more than 10 meters wide. Each rest platform is dotted with big leaf Euonymus balls. Although the stone steps are not as precipitous as the eighteen plates of Mount Tai, they also "can be seen by later generations as their predecessors' footwork and their predecessors' crown".
At the top of the hill, there are dense arbors, shrubs, shady trees, flat and open. In the north, there are more than 100 kinds of flowers, up to 10000 pots. There are seasonal flowers for tourists to watch and buy all the year round. On the eastern front of the hilltop, there are two classical pavilions in the north and the south. The North Pavilion has four corners with single eaves, which was completed in 1958. The South Pavilion has five corners with double eaves, which was completed in 1970. You can get a panoramic view of the ancient city.
