The origin of the park

Xu Shu, a native of Pengxian County, graduated from Beijing law school and served as governor of wusheng for one year and two months. In 1926, when the third division of Sichuan army was garrisoned in wusheng, Xu Shu's proposal won the active response and strong support of the division and the social elite gentry. He built a lot of buildings on the land of tens of acres behind the county office, built scenic spots, chiseled pools or built mountains, planted exotic flowers and rare trees, built pavilions and pavilions, small bridges and winding paths, and the design and layout of the whole park was extremely exquisite.

The active support of the local garrison greatly accelerated the construction of the park. According to Xu Shu's record of Yinshan Park, Chen Gongjian, a teacher of Shishu agriculture, came to the county to donate money to rebuild a Jingxin Pavilion. As early as the middle and late Qing Dynasty, some visionary scholars, gentry and governors, such as he Su, fan Yuanyin, Tian Kaiwen and Che Shentian, built some pavilions and planted some precious trees and plants. One by one, like a relay race, they listed it as the back garden of the County Department in construction and maintenance. Therefore, the predecessors planted trees, and the posterity enjoyed the cool. Park greening, afforestation, has a long history. By the early days of the Republic of China, it was covered with green trees, towering ancient trees and fragrant osmanthus in August. It laid a solid foundation for Xu Shu to build Yinshan park.

"There's a beauty who doesn't stay. If you look back at the endoscope, why regret. If you want to follow it, you can't be independent. I would like to be my Pavilion, and I would like to chat and roam. " This is a poem by Che Shentian, a well-known honest and upright official, in praise of Jingxin Pavilion. As for the Jingxin Pavilion, it was first built by Che Shentian. Later, Xu Shu rebuilt it and moved it to the center of the second terrace of the park. It is the most praiseworthy scenic spot in the whole park and is now a county-level cultural relic protection unit.

Jingxin Pavilion is a simple and elegant wooden structure with four corners on the top. The brake is tower shaped and 0.85 meters high. The pavilion is covered with small green tiles. The pavilion is supported by four inner columns and back eaves columns in a square shape. There are hurdles and Pu Bai Fang on the top of the inner eaves. The eaves column and the column forehead are all carved with fine workmanship. The column is 4.8m high and the surface is 5.5m wide. There is a diagonal brace 2.8 meters above the four eaves columns. Each of the four supporting points is engraved with the word "Mirror Center", the base is surrounded by wooden railings, and the front side is built with vertical footpath. On one end of the beam of Jingxin Pavilion is written the words "Chen dingxun, the third division of Sichuan army, damaged and repaired; Xu Shudu, wusheng County, repaired"; on the other end is written the words "yuegudan, midsummer of the 16th year of the Republic of China". It was written by Lu Chaolin, a calligrapher of Jialing, with silver pearl mineral pigment. For nearly a century, it's still bright red and has not faded.

Dingyuan building is located in the park and even the highest point of the city. After enjoying the beautiful scenery of the park, visitors climb Dingyuan building and have a panoramic view. The streets of the city are lined with houses, the Jialing River is surrounded by water, and the Tianyin mountain is facing each other. Land, river and sky are all in one. It's beautiful! On the foundation of the building wall, there is a book written by Zhu Heng, an old calligrapher from Yiren, and the four big characters of "public stadium" written by Lu Chaolin, a French student. It's a pity that the building has been demolished long ago. Now we can only see its features from the old photos.

About 20 meters to the left of the entrance to the park, on a man-made rockery, there is a small pavilion, Luodai Pavilion. The pavilion is small and exquisite, simple and elegant, exquisite and gorgeous, with typical national characteristics. During the cultural revolution, the policy makers built wusheng silk reeling factory in the park, so luodaiting was moved to a place between jingxinting and wangnongxuan. It is still as beautiful as it was.

The architectural form of Keren building is a combination of Chinese and western. The building is about three feet six feet long and one foot two feet wide.
