social undertakings
The township is located in a remote mountain area, with a large area, scattered residents, long township roads, poor road conditions and inconvenient travel. Also greatly restricted the development of the township economy. In 2003, we formulated a three-year road construction plan for the township. That is: laxin road and sunnian road were hardened in 2003; Huying road and Maoshan xiaodongliang road were hardened in 2004; dongcha road and shangtaizi road were hardened in 2005.
So as to achieve the goal of hardening all roads in the township. There are seven township level roads in the township, with a total length of 58 km, of which 13.5 km of Lasun road was hardened in 1997, and the remaining six are dirt roads. Over the past few years, with the support of municipal and district leaders and relevant departments, the township party committee and township government have widened channels and actively raised funds, with a total of more than 15 million yuan, more than 200000 construction projects, more than 300000 cubic meters of earthwork, 31.5 kilometers of township roads have been hardened, 13 kilometers of new rural roads have been built, and 18.5 kilometers of village roads have been widened and renovated. Gratifying achievements have been made in the construction of rural roads.
Tourism development
In 2001, our Township established the development direction with the goal of "setting up the township by environment, driving by tourism and building the green barrier in the north of Beijing". Through nearly four years of development, it has begun to take shape. Labagoumen Manchu Township is rich in tourism resources. It is one of the four tourist attractions in Huairou District, where the primeval forest and secondary forest are concentrated in the northwest.
The main scenic spots are birch forest, wild boar forest, June glacier, Baizhang cliff, seven fairy bathtub, Tangchi hot spring, etc. At the same time, it is a Manchu Township with profound cultural heritage. Therefore, the township has focused on the construction of key tourism projects, which are mainly based on natural resources such as virgin forests and hot springs, supplemented by excavating Manchu culture and reshaping Manchu customs. First, it has invested 100000 yuan to build a hundred mile Ecological Corridor project; second, it has invested 500000 yuan to build a hundred mile ecological afforestation project; third, it has invested 500000 yuan, The fourth is the standard project of folk custom reception. Fifth, the excavation of Manchu culture was increased. The implementation of the above key projects will greatly enhance the overall image of the township and promote the development of rural tourism.
Economic overview
industrial development
Although there is room for the development of Industrial Park in mountainous area, it is far away from the urban area, which restricts the economic and social development of the whole township. In recent years, with the goal of "strengthening the township through industry", our township has vigorously developed the second industry and accelerated the pace of attracting investment.
Since 2004, the township has adopted the methods of government financing, enterprise financing and foreign enterprise investment to integrate and transform the resources of the original industrial community. After hard work, the government has invested more than 8.6 million yuan to terminate the lease contracts of the original six small-scale enterprises, demolish the original dilapidated factory buildings of 6000 square meters, build new standard factory buildings of 7000 square meters, and introduce two enterprises of 50 million yuan. 70 mu of land resources and 15 mu of industrial land were integrated to expand the capacity of the original plant and improve the utilization rate of land.

This green sea benefits from the ecological relocation project: nearly 1000 farmers from 28 natural villages who once lived in this mountain for a long time have all moved out of the mountain.
