Kuocang mountain range is located in the central and southern part of eastern Zhejiang Province. It is called Yandang in the south, Tiantai in the north, Xiandu in the West and the sea in the East. It is located between Lishui, Qingtian, Jinyun, Xianju, Yongjia, Linhai and Huangyan counties (cities and districts). It is the watershed between Lingjiang river system and Oujiang River system. Its main peak is 1382.6 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in southeastern Zhejiang Province.
There is the fourth largest wind power plant in China on the mountain. The high and low wind turbines, which are constantly rotating, complement the gorgeous natural landscape behind them, forming a beautiful landscape. More than 30 typhoons, whirring and rotating in the cold wind, are just like colorful dragonflies flying on the water. They want to go up to the blue sky, and the clouds are flourishing, which is spectacular. Jiutai Valley, the main peak of Nanfeng, is famous for its unique natural scenery and "little Jiuzhaigou". At the foot of the mountain, there are ancient streets and houses. On both sides of Yong'an River, the scenery is beautiful.
