On September 20, 2015, Zhao Shaohua, vice chairman and Secretary General of the national art foundation of China, and Gao Xiaomei, vice chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, jointly unveiled and awarded the "World Hello Art Museum". Xu Li, deputy secretary of the Party group and Secretary General of the Chinese Artists Association, was employed as the consultant of the "World Hello Art Museum".

On the opening day of the museum, 26 masterpieces such as Yang Feiyun's series "girl" were exhibited in the "2015 first world oil painting exhibition". Xu Li, deputy secretary of the Party group and Secretary General of the Chinese Artists Association, has created 40 oil paintings and calligraphy works in recent years. At the same time, the "theme exhibition of works of famous Chinese Calligraphers" and "theme exhibition of fine arts and crafts masters of China" were held.
