Jiuliancheng site
Jiuliancheng city is located 3 kilometers north of jiuliancheng Township in the west of Guyuan County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The city covers an area of 700000 square meters. The base width of the city wall is more than 20 meters. There are 28 turrets and platform stumps around the city wall and at the corner of the city. There is one stump every 100 meters or so. From each angle, there are nine. Therefore, it is called jiuliancheng. It was once one of the three important towns outside the Great Wall in the Jin Dynasty
It is the cultural heritage of the shogunate

On May 25, 2006, jiuliancheng site was announced as the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council of the people's Republic of China

Historical evolution
In the Jin Dynasty, Changzhou (the site of Jiulian city) was built, which was one of the three important towns outside the Great Wall in the Jin Dynasty

Cultural relics
In the autumn of 2016, an ancient kiln site was found in the south of jiuliancheng city. It is an ancient kiln site with two firing pottery side by side. In addition to the collapse of the upper part of the kiln, the parts below the surface are well preserved, which are respectively composed of operation room, fire door, fire chamber, kiln bed and flue. Some muddy gray pottery pieces and firing isosceles laminated triangular pottery cutting were unearthed in the kiln site. In jiuliancheng site, there are various kinds of gray tiles, white glazed black edged ceramics, orchid, rabbit hair, LIUCai and other fine porcelain fragments. These porcelain fragments are from Ding, Jun and other famous kilns of Song Dynasty. Among a large number of ancient coins unearthed here, Xiangfu, Jingde, Yining, Zhihe and other coins of Northern Song Dynasty are the most, as well as several Taiping Tongbao of Liao Dynasty. In the 18th year of Dading reign of emperor Shizong of Jin Dynasty, a Dading Tongbao was made in daizhou by Zhang Dajie, a doctor of the Ministry of industry, and wailang Magui, a member of the Ministry of official affairs.
