City wall Lazi is located in the middle of Jingpo, on the southwest Bank of Xiaogushan, with steep rocks. There is an ancient city site on the mountain. According to textual research, it is the old city of Huzhou, Shangjing Road, Bohai State. The terrain is very dangerous. City wall Lazi is one of the eight scenic spots of Heilongjiang Mudanjiang and Jingpo Lake. It is located at the top of the West Bank in the middle of Jingpo Lake in Ning'an city. It is also known as Huzhou City site.

Interior landscape

Looking up at the city wall, the mountain city rises into the clouds. Standing on the mountain city, you can overlook Xiaogushan to the north, and Pearl gate to the south

Green waves reflect each other, and cultural relics and natural scenery are integrated. The mountain city is built with stones. The north and east sides of the city are steep cliffs. With the help of natural danger as the screen, the low sections are connected by stone walls, and the West and south sides of the city are steep slopes. It is about four Li Long and irregular square. There are two urn gates in the South and northeast of the city, which can connect with the foot of the mountain. Some of the walls collapsed and most of them were in good condition. The walls are clearly stacked. Although they have been built for more than a thousand years, they still stand tall and upright, maintaining the lofty historical style of that year.

According to historical records, in order to defend against the invasion of Qidan nationality, an ancient city was built here during the Bohai period of the Tang Dynasty. It is the former site of Huzhou City more than 1200 years ago. Up to now, the city wall of Shili still exists, the west gate of the city is relatively intact, and there is still a foundation of 10 meters. According to the geographer's investigation, Shiya is formed by the vertical joints of granite. A thousand rocks competing for beauty, three facing lakes, the situation is dangerous. Ningan county annals records: "there is an ancient city on the mountain. If you want to climb the mountain to see the city, you can't reach it without winding the road from the southwest. It's a natural danger." At the foot of the ancient city wall, surrounded by green water, there is a clear spring with cool and sweet water, which is said to be an ancient well in Bohai Sea. In the cliff cave on the opposite bank, there is a tomb left by the Bohai Sea period.

Folklore

According to legend, about a hundred years ago, the ancient city has long been reduced to ruins. On the other side of the ancient city, there is an old man named Jiang Ru who lives in seclusion here. Therefore, some people call this place "Jiang's cave". On the evening of a midsummer day, Jiang Ru's nephew passed by here, and his nephew met by chance. He was very happy. The old man advised his nephew to give up his military career and share the happiness of the world with him in the fairy cave by the lake. At night, he listened to the sound of the bells and drums of the fairy music on the other side. It is also said that there is a Bohai mausoleum under the cliff, with all kinds of gold and silver. But because of his old age, he did not dare to come near. It was early in the morning the next day. Driven by curiosity, the young man forgot the urgency of military affairs. He circled down the mountain path from the southwest with his uncle, made a detour to the bottom of the cliff, pulled out the thorns and shrubs, and found a deep hole behind a huge stone screen. When they stepped into the hall, they saw that the lights were shining in the middle of the hall, a red coffin was parked in the middle, and there was no road around the hall. Suddenly, two stone gates between the stone walls suddenly opened, and inside the stone gate, there were many strange peaks, strange rocks, and a pool of blue water surrounded the village, blocking the way. The pool is clear and sparkling. My uncle and nephew were worried about their whereabouts when they saw a fisherman fishing by the water. They came forward to ask questions. The fisherman laughed and pointed to the boat on the bank. My uncle and nephew boarded the boat and sailed deep into the mountain stream. He found that it was even more red and willow green, with beautiful mountains and clear waters. Everywhere, there was a prosperous scene of drum music rising and leveling. My uncle and nephew were overjoyed to meet this fairyland. On the way back, my nephew was bold and careful, and made all kinds of marks to guide future generations. After that, I don't know how many years later, his nephew could not bear the chaos of war and came to the cave to live in seclusion. He wanted to explore the mystery of the fairy cave, and followed the old road to the cliff, looking for the mark, but in any case, he could not find the cave.

Transportation guide

It takes only four and a half hours for tourists to go to Jingpo Lake, pass Mudanjiang City, take a high-speed train from Harbin to Mudanjiang, and then take a bus to Jingpo villa, the center of the scenic spot. It takes about two and a half hours.
