Xixiakou Shendiao mountain Wildlife Nature Reserve is located in the northeast of Xixiakou village, Chengshan Town, Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province. It stands close to the sea and has steep mountains. According to legend, the first emperor of Qin visited Chengshan in the East. He once bent his bow and shot a large sculpture here, so it was named Shendiao mountain. With a total investment of more than 100 million yuan, the region covers an area of 3800 mu, with animal habitats such as beast of prey area, herbivore area, marine animal area, African animal area, bear park, hundred birds Park, bird of prey Park, orangutan Park, leopard wolf mountain, monkey mountain, golden monkey hall, panda hall, etc. It is the largest and most unique coastal Wildlife Nature Reserve in China. There are more than 150 kinds of national first and second class protected animals and more than 1500 animals.

Introduction to scenic spots

In October 2005, Shandong Province released the "golden week classified top ten tourist areas" list, and shendiaoshan Wildlife Nature Reserve ranked among the top ten in the "city parks and amusement parks" list. The good natural environment and suitable climate conditions here are suitable for many kinds of animals to inhabit here, and most of the animals in the reserve can reproduce in the area. There are also yuguanyin, yuguanyin and yuguanyin Guandi temple, the remains of Qin Shihuang's archery and Xiazhu ancestral temple built by Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty are the tourist attractions. In the shendiaoshan wildlife reserve, visitors can play with macaques, shake hands with seals, ask for a gentle kiss from sea lions, take a group photo with Han bears, and drive a horse in the wind! Here, you can listen to the roaring of tigers and lions, hear the singing of monkeys and birds, watch Bears Fighting and leopards hunting, watch monkeys playing, watch sea lions and seals swimming, and enjoy the performance of elves and dolphins.
