Qin bridge ruins

Qinhuangqiao, also known as qinhuangqiao, is located in the south of Chengshan mountain. It is made up of four huge rocks. Because of the rugged reefs, it is like a bridge. It is like an artificial bridge. According to legend, when Qinshihuang went to Sanshen mountain in the East China Sea to collect immortal elixir, he built a stone bridge here. Later generations called it qinhuangqiao.

It is said that when Qin Shihuang was on a tour to the East, he came to Chengshantou to build a bridge here to watch the sunrise. He sent people to transport stones to fill the sea day and night, which moved the Dragon King of the East China Sea. The Dragon King sent the sea god to help him build the bridge. Poseidon drove stone pillars for him and built a bridge more than 40 Li overnight. The first emperor was grateful to the God of the sea.

Sea God said: "I look too ugly, as long as do not draw my image, willing to meet with the emperor." Who knows, Qin Shihuang did not keep his word and let the painter hide among the craftsmen to draw down the sea god. The sea god was very angry and scolded the first emperor for breaking the contract and asked him to return to his horse. He wanted to destroy the bridge immediately. As soon as Qin Shihuang stepped ashore, the stone bridge collapsed, leaving only the four piers.

Yanwei Expressway - exit of Weihai - Haibin road - intersection of haopo district - follow the sign of Chengshantou - Xixiakou archway - Chengshantou, about 45 minutes after you get off the expressway.

Chengshantou scenic spot is 75 kilometers away from Weihai. There are buses from Rongcheng or Weihai to Chengshantou. It takes 90 minutes to get on the bus at the long-distance bus station, 6:30-17:00 every day, every half an hour. The ticket price is 15 yuan per person.
