Wanshouguan was founded in the Jianyan period of the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1130). It was built by Fu Qian, the second son of Fu Ji, the judge of Kuizhou road. According to the records of Xianxi in Song Dynasty, Fu Qian was ordered to return to the South with a Taoist named Mei Dongxiao from Kuocang (ancient county name, Southeast of Lishui, Zhejiang). This Taoist priest Mei was "able to be in a trance and dream". Their fleet from Kuocang encountered strong winds and waves, and other ships capsized. Only Fu Qian was escorted by the flag of "northern Zhengshen" on the other side of the river due to the "master Mei's step fight". They successfully arrived at Xianyou and carried out the construction of the Taoist temple together. At that time, a big bell was cast in the new Taoist temple. But after the bell was cast, it was silent. The Taoist priest Mei Dongxiao became the founder of the Taoist temple. Since then, the Taoist temple has been rising and falling. During the Hongwu Period of Ming Dynasty (1368-1398), Gu Sijing, the magistrate of the county, was rebuilt, known as the concept of blessing God. He worshipped the God of Xuantian. There were two painted statues and a gate in front of them. During the reign of emperor Chenghua (1403-1487) in Xuande, Yongle, Ming Dynasty, it was repaired many times, and during the reign of emperor Longqing (1567-1572), it was changed into the Shinto temple. In the fifth year of Shunzhi (1648) of the Qing Dynasty, Yiminlin was rebuilt by raising funds. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the County Road Department was set up in Guannei. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was once used as the dormitory and Library of Xianyou No.1 middle school.

Inside and outside the hall, they are supported by wooden stone pillars, firm and generous. The top of the hall is decorated with eight trigrams, with fine structure and elegant style. In front of the worship platform, there is a blue stone The exquisitely carved Panlong stone plate, as a bi Xie terrace, is simple and elegant, with the style of ancient palace architecture.
