Fenghuang Valley Bird Park is located in Lugu Township, Nantou County, covering an area of more than 30 hectares. It was officially established in 1982 and became a cultural and educational institution in 1991. The main landscapes in the park are: Shijie historic site of Wannian Hengqu; There are more than 2000 rare birds in Taiwan and around the world; waterfalls on the upper and lower floors, with deep cold water and many fish and shrimps; a sea of clouds at the top of the park; shady trails with towering ancient trees, the best place for forest bathing; bamboo trails leading to Phoenix waterfall. There is a natural bird watching garden for wild visitors.

There are Fenghuangshan temple, Qilin lake and Kaishan temple nearby. You can visit along the road, which is suitable for one-day tour.
