The Central Plains acrobatic art museum is the first single Museum in China with the theme of acrobatics. It is also one of the landmark buildings of dongbeizhuang acrobatic Cultural Park in Puyang City. Covering a total area of 36.09 mu, it is a comprehensive base for inheriting Chinese acrobatic cultural heritage, developing Chinese acrobatic art and integrating exhibition and academic research, adding vitality to the development of acrobatic culture in Henan and the whole country.

The construction covers a total area of 36.09 mu, with a construction area of 9600 square meters and an exhibition area of 2000 square meters. It has two floors. The first floor is mainly for the office area and equipment room in the museum, and there are two 260 small indoor interactive performance venues to meet the needs of performance in special weather conditions; the second floor is mainly for exhibition and sightseeing space. The Central Plains acrobatic Museum Center is an open-air acrobatic performance field, covering an area of more than 3400 square meters. An open-air stage is designed to accommodate more than 3000 people. After completion and opening up, the museum will become a comprehensive base for inheriting Chinese acrobatic cultural heritage, developing Chinese acrobatic art and integrating exhibition and academic research, adding vitality to the development of acrobatic culture in Henan and the whole country.

Visit information

On the morning of June 6, 2013, the free opening ceremony of Puyang Zhongyuan acrobatic museum was solemnly held in dongbeizhuang village, Yuecun Township, Hualong District. It is reported that from now on, every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., tourists can enter the museum free of charge to watch acrobatics, magic, opera, dance and other performances.
