Li Tengfang's ancient residence

Li Tengfang's ancient residence is the one left by the Li family. Li family originally lived in zhaiping village, Xiuzhuan Town, Zhao'an County, Zhangzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province. Li Shanming, the ancestor of Li family who came to Taiwan, landed from Tainan, first lived in bayberry, and then moved to Daxi Town, Taoyuan County to settle down.

Origin

Li Bingsheng made use of the navigation of Dagu River (now Dahan River) to make his family prosperous. His family name was "Li Jinxing". In 1865, Sun Li Tengfang went to Fujian Province to take part in the provincial examination and won the Ju people's examination. Three years later, he donated more books to the cabinet, which played an important role. As a result, the place name of Daxi was changed from "Dagu depression" to "Dake Gu", and later to "Dake Gu". At about the same time, Li Chaohua, a military general of the Li family, was born in the Yimin army. He was appointed by Lin Chaodong to host the Dongzi aiyongzhong camp of the Dong army, and Li Jiachong was the main general of the fenshuilun campaign. Family members include Lee Teng Hui. Li Yuanzhe was president of the Academia Sinica of the Republic of China.

In 1793 (the 58th year of Qianlong), Li Tengfang's grandfather first took charge of the construction of the house at the bottom of yuemeiding house.

In 1856 (Xianfeng 06), Li Tengfang was a scholar.

In 1859 (Xianfeng 09), Li Tengfang donated to Gongsheng (Ming Jingbian)

In 1860 (the 10th year of Xianfeng), Li Tengfang's house was built.

In 1860 (the first year of Tongzhi), he set up the plaque of Zhaoqing hall and made calligraphy, calligraphy and painting in the house.

In 1864 (Tongzhi 03), Li Tengfang's house was completed (Dafu plaque)

In 1865 (Tongzhi 04), Li Tengfang was elected (Wen Kui Bian)

In 1926 (the first year of Showa), Zhilan hall was completed. It is located on the left side of the courtyard and is now in decline.

In 1931 (about Showa 06), the roof of hall and wing room was renovated.

In 1951, the hall and the roof of the left and right dragon guards were renovated, and the gables of the left and right dragon guards were rebuilt.

In 1959, typhoon Gloria damaged the right side of the Dragon Guard and three blunderbuss outside the northwest corner.

In 1966, Neicheng and waiting were changed to P.C.

In 1985, it was announced by the Ministry of the interior as the second level national monument in Taiwan and Fujian

In 1987, the Taoyuan County Government commissioned the history and Theory Research Office of the Institute of architecture, Zhongyuan University to complete the report "Research on the restoration of Li Tengfang's ancient house, a second-class historic site in Taoyuan County".

In 1992, Xu Yujian architects was entrusted to supervise the design and manufacture of repair engineering.

In 1995, it was planned to restore the original appearance of the old house

In 1997, the repair project started.

In 2004, the repair project was completed.
