Historical evolution
Background of the Institute
In 1951, the General Administration of Petroleum Administration of the Ministry of fuel industry decided to set up a petroleum science and Technology Research Institute including geological exploration, oilfield development, oil production and petroleum processing technology research. Based on the proposal of Professor Zhang Wei of Tsinghua University and the approval of the State Administration of petroleum and Beijing Municipal Bureau of urban construction, the research institute is located in the area of Liudaokou and jiujianfang.
In 1952, the preparatory work of Petroleum Science and Technology Research Institute met with difficulties and was temporarily suspended. Personnel and materials were transferred to Dalian Institute of industrial chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
In December 1955, the Ministry of petroleum industry informed the petroleum design bureau to start the preparatory work of the Research Institute, which was tentatively named "Preparatory Office of the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of petroleum industry".
In March 1956, the State Council approved the report of the Ministry of petroleum industry, and agreed to establish Beijing Petroleum Refining Industry Research Institute, Beijing Petroleum Geological Exploration Research Institute and rebuild FUSHUN SHALE OIL Research Institute.
In September 1958, the Ministry of petroleum decided to merge the preparatory offices of Beijing Petroleum Refining Research Institute and Beijing Petroleum Geological Exploration Research Institute to form the "Preparatory Office of Petroleum Research Institute of the Ministry of petroleum industry".
In November 1958, the Ministry of petroleum issued the notice on the formal establishment of the Petroleum Research Institute of the Ministry of petroleum industry, which was approved by the State Council The two research institutes of petroleum refining and petroleum geology in Beijing will be merged to form the Research Institute of petroleum Sciences of the Ministry of petroleum industry. It is hereby decided that the "Petroleum Research Institute of the Ministry of petroleum industry" will be officially established on November 15, and a seal of the Institute will be issued with this paper.
At the beginning of establishment
In May 1960, the development office and drilling machinery Office of the research institute moved to Daqing to set up the Songliao research station. Most of the scientific research personnel of the research institute engaged in the Daqing battle.
In August 1961, Fushun shale oil research institute was renamed as artificial Petroleum Research Institute of Petroleum Research Institute, still under the leadership of the Institute.
In December 1962, the first party congress of the Chinese Academy of petroleum Sciences was held.
In January 1966, the Ministry of petroleum decided to set up the "geological second line" and "refining second line" of the Ministry of petroleum. The geological researchers of the Institute are all assigned to the "second line of Geology", and the geological research work in the Institute is all stopped. Some refining researchers participated in the "second line refining" work of the Ministry of petroleum. In June, the Academy set up a "Cultural Revolution" group, and the "Cultural Revolution" began to sweep the whole Academy. In November, the first batch of 23 researchers of the Institute went to Daqing.
In February 1967, the whole hospital stopped working.
In January 1968, the "great union" of mass organizations was realized and the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was established. In December, the military control group of the Academy carried out the work of cleaning up the class ranks in the whole academy, involving more than 220 people, including 106 people who were put on file for examination, and then vindicated one after another.
In January 1969, the military control group and the Revolutionary Committee of the Academy divided the whole academy into two groups, revolution and production, and paid close attention to the work of "cleaning up the troops". In April, the first batch of cadres and scientific and technological personnel of the Institute were transferred to the "May 7th" Cadre School of the Ministry of petroleum in Qianjiang, Hubei Province. In November, the second batch of cadres and scientific and technological personnel of the Institute were transferred to Qianjiang "May 7th" cadre school.
In June 1970, the Research Institute of petroleum Sciences was under the leadership of the Ministry of combustion and chemical industry.
In September 1971, the whole hospital carried out the campaign of forest approval and rectification.
In May 1972, the core group of the Ministry of combustion and chemical industry of the Communist Party of China decided to establish the petroleum exploration and development planning and Research Institute. On May 20, the Geological Research Institute of the former Academy of petroleum Sciences was renamed "petroleum exploration and Development Planning Research Institute of the Ministry of fuel chemical industry".
In March 1973, the Ministry of petroleum decided to set up a geophysical battle command under the leadership of the Ministry of petroleum.
In September 1974, the Planning Institute informed the Petroleum Administration Bureau of Daqing, Shengli, Liaohe, Huabei, Jilin, Sichuan, Xinjiang, Jianghan, Yumen, Qinghai, Changqing, Henan, Yanchang and other oil field battle headquarters of "several requirements on compiling the national oil field development atlas" and scheduled to hold a meeting in Beijing Institute on October 10.
Innovation-driven development
In September 1978, the Party group of the Ministry of petroleum decided to establish the provisional Committee of the Chinese Academy of petroleum exploration and development.
In December 1979, vice premier Kang Shien approved the plan of the Research Institute of the Ministry of petroleum.
