history
Li Daoyuan of the Northern Wei dynasty recorded in shuijingzhu that there was Luoshui in Licheng, "it is commonly known as ejiang water, and the spring source is the temple of eying, the imperial concubine of Shun." After many vicissitudes, the temple was abandoned. In the Northern Song Dynasty, Zeng Gong, a famous writer, built two halls in Qizhou during the reign of Xining (1072-1073), and wrote a record of two halls in Qizhou. At first, when the imperial court and the envoys and officials from neighboring counties came to Qizhou, they did not have any apartments, but only built temporary buildings to accommodate them. After leaving, they were demolished, which was wasteful and simple. Therefore, two halls were built at Luoshui for guests to live in. He QITU changed Lishan hall into a pavilion. The upper temple was Wenchang, and the lower one was Zhongli (Zhong Liquan, also known as Han Zhongli, is said to be one of the eight immortals). At the same time, Li Gong's Ci was changed to Doumu, which is called "Doumu Palace". Later, the three halls were called luzu temple.

There are wooden couplets hanging on the pillars of the Baoxia building: "the clouds are moist and steaming, but the sound of the waves shocks Daming Lake". This is an excerpt from the poem Baotu Spring sung by Zhao Mengfu, a calligrapher and painter of the Yuan Dynasty, and written by Jin Fen, a late calligrapher of the contemporary era. In front of the hall is a rolling shed type eaves, and the lintel is carved with cloud patterns, color pavilions, animals, flowers and other patterns, which makes it classical. Dian Tai water, to enjoy the best place to see Baotu Spring. In the middle is the second hall, with three sills and two floors. The arches are scattered, and the red pillars and green tiles are shining. The third hall is located in the northernmost part of the building. The building is built on a hard mountain, with a simple and elegant style. At present, the two main halls are "e-ying ancestral hall" dedicated to E-Huang and nu Ying. The three main halls are "three holy halls" dedicated to Yao, Shun and Yu. Couplets were hung in the front and rear halls: "Friends of Qin and Se, bell and drum music; Phoenix, Xiaoxiang chant." "Sudden take-off, the three springs sing Yao, Shun and Yu; China is prosperous, and the sun, the moon and the stars will last forever." Both of them were written by Professor Xu beiwen, a famous scholar in Jinan.
There are three main halls, with green brick and white powder wall on the top of the slope. It forms a courtyard with two entrances, covering an area of about 1000 square meters. The East and the West are respectively equipped with openings, with brick carved door forehead "pillow flow" and "gargle stone". The walls are equipped with lattice windows to complement the scenery outside. It presents pictures. One of the steles is engraved with the word "jituan" written by Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty in the front and the poem "re Title Baotu Spring" written by Emperor Qianlong in the back, which is called "Shuangyu stele", adding profound cultural connotation to the deep courtyard.
