Located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, the national industrial and commercial Museum covers an area of 12123 square meters, with an exhibition area of more than 7300 square meters. It was announced as a provincial cultural relics protection unit in October 2002. It is the first industrial heritage project in Wuxi and the first national industrial and commercial Museum in China. architectural composition

The museum is divided into two exhibition areas: the first area is the scene restoration area, which is based on the wheat warehouse and other buildings and equipment of the original Maoxin flour mill, retains and repairs the original production equipment and flour processing process, truly and objectively reflects the original style of national industrial and commercial enterprises; the second area is the theme exhibition area, which uses the flour milling workshop of Maoxin flour mill as the exhibition space to display the original style of national industrial and commercial enterprises Historical pictures, written materials and other forms reflect the development process of national industry and Commerce in China and Wuxi. On the first floor of the exhibition area, the "commercial street of the Republic of China" is specially restored, which reproduces the prosperous "time-honored" shops such as Sanfeng bridge, Wang Xingji, Huishan clay figurine, Renhao Chaohuo, hendeli clock and watch in Xicheng, and presents them in the form of real scenes. In addition to showing the prosperous commercial scene of Wuxi in the period of the Republic of China, these shops will open their doors to do business. At that time, the sauce spareribs of sanfengqiao, wonton of Wang Xingji, lifelike Huishan clay figurine, and Hendry's old timepieces All of them will form the "Republic of China Street" featured commodities. It is located at the edge of the traditional concept of Wuxi City, at the north end of Zhenxin Road, adjacent to the fourth national cotton factory in the south, and adjacent to the canal in the East, West and North. Wuxi Museum of Chinese national industry and commerce is based on the old buildings preserved by Wuxi Maoxin flour mill (formerly Baoxing flour mill). The original factory building, barley warehouse, milling workshop and office building of the factory are all the buildings of 1940s, which are still very solid and well preserved.
