Tailaiqiao Catholic Church
Tailaiqiao Catholic Church is located in the South Village of Huancheng Township, Qingpu District. Tailaiqiao Catholic Church was built in the fourth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1865). In 1889, another clock tower was built. In 1927, it was rebuilt into a Gothic hall with a clock tower 33 meters high. After 1935, it was returned to Sheshan zongduo district. On April 2, 1988, the restoration was opened, and most of the believers were fishermen. Since 1990, the branch of Sheshan convent has been set up in this hall. In April 2001, tailaiqiao Catholic Church was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Qingpu District.
