Tiansheng farm is located in mianting village, Xincuo Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province, adjacent to Shizhu mountain and Huangbo temple. The farm is a national AAAA scenic spot, a national agricultural tourism demonstration site, a national science education base, and one of the first batch of provincial fishing villages. The ten thousand meter hydrophilic line of the scenic spot is lush in forest and fragrant in flowers. It is known as "xiaoxixi wetland".
