Zhuyun Hall

Zhuyun hall, formerly known as "Sui you Tang". It was built in the East Street of Jiading town in the early Ming Dynasty by Zhao Hongfan, the imperial censor. In 1629, he was the governor of Yunnan Province. When he discharged his duties, he brought back a stone named "zhuyunfeng" from Yunnan Province and placed it in front of the hall. In the early Qing Dynasty, this hall belonged to Wang Wan (the father of Wang Jingming, the first champion in Jiading). Because there was Zhuyun peak in front of the hall, it was renamed "Zhuyun hall".

Zhuyuntang, south of Lianqi River, Zhouqiao, Jiading town, Jiading District, Shanghai, is located in fahua tower, the center of Jiading town, Jiading District. The original building is at 300 East Street. The building was built in the early Qing Dynasty. It was originally the residence of Zhao Hongfan, an imperial envoy in the late Ming Dynasty. Zhuyun hall, facing south from north, is of brick and wood structure, with a construction area of about 200 square meters. It has five rooms in width and three rooms in depth, with single and double pavilions, five beams, hard mountain style, small green tile roof and Dou arch under eaves. There is a brick gate in front of the courtyard. The building was moved to fahua tower in 1998. Zhuyunfeng stone moved to huilongtan park. In October 2000, the people's Government of Jiading District announced that it is a cultural relic protection unit in Jiading District. The exhibition of "Jiading ancient historical relics" is located in Zhuyun hall, a cultural relic protection unit in Jiading District. Through the unearthed cultural relics in Jiading, the historical changes of Jiading in the past 800 years are reflected. At the same time, Zhuyun hall also displays the life stories of Jiading celebrities, so that people will not forget history and recall celebrities.
