It aims to promote exchanges and cooperation among countries in the world in the fields of culture, education, art and economy.

Broadway International Art Center is composed of four departments: low carbon industrial creation center, public reference Gallery, lattice space coordination Institute and Drama Education Center. It is for people from all walks of life to visit, learn and engage in research. The center also set up a special rest area to provide special creative catering according to the visitors' interests and needs.

In the low-carbon industrial creation center, the exhibition of various low-carbon handicrafts and low-carbon events held from time to time are mainly used to introduce to the audience the invention and creation of municipal construction, living environment and various environmental protection products, and provide the audience with information and consultation on various low-carbon works.

The public reference art museum is not an old-fashioned Art Museum in the traditional sense at all. It comes from all the people who think they are artists. Any visitor can process it artistically without violating the treaty.

Lattice space coordination research institute divides 400 square meters of space into 400 1 square meter unit lattices with material or non-material elements such as steel wire, curtain, hook, white line, shadow and consciousness. When a certain square number of "lattices" is arbitrarily selected to form a certain size of "space", it can be applied to the development of the art field. Drama Education Center is a kind of advanced western drama education mode, which provides an education platform for cultivating future talents with self-confidence, creativity, action ability, communication ability, teamwork and other comprehensive abilities. The center offers life courses and professional courses. In the life course, through theater games, music enlightenment, creative body and other teaching content, improve the students' ability of expression, perception, observation and coordination, gradually lead the students to the stage, enjoy the happiness of collective and cooperation; and the "professional course" is based on the "life course", provides a deeper level of research, students can finally pass the examination, participate in the formal training Theater plays, which will have the opportunity to enter into the performances with professional actors.

Each activity lasts for about three weeks. From June to November, there is a "market day" on the last weekend of each month, which is called "Broadway Festival" by members. Born at the beginning of the establishment of Broadway International Art Center, it is the world's first art experiential live action interactive game base initiated by top creative people at home and abroad. Its purpose is to advocate "challenge and innovation of art", with the slogan of "not crazy, not art". Now, "herf's crazy factory" has successfully launched a series of classic games, such as "demolishing the cupboard to vent anger", "brushing the wall in despair", "wiping the floor within a limited time", "pillow fight", "challenging cinnamon powder", "real person touching the ball", "remember", etc. the participants participate in the form of membership. (herf is a meaningless name, just like Godot in waiting for Godot, which is full of absurdity.)
