Sichuan Provincial Cultural Center

Sichuan Provincial Cultural Center is a public cultural service institution established by Sichuan Provincial People's government, which is subordinate to Sichuan Provincial Department of culture. It is the guidance center, creation center, activity center, training center and theoretical research center of mass culture in the whole province. It is the leader of the five level mass culture network in the whole province.

brief introduction

Sichuan Provincial Culture Museum (formerly known as Sichuan Mass Art Museum) was built in 1956. The current building covers an area of 3239.65 square meters, including a comprehensive office building, which was built in 1986, covering an area of 3837 square meters. In Zhaoyi building jointly built with the developer, there are 6645.58 square meters of public cultural activities (including 2645.28 square meters of the first and second floors of underground garage, and the occupied land is not included in the current building area). The original value of fixed assets (including 3837 m2 of land and original comprehensive office building, excluding 6645.58 m2 of new joint construction) is 5532365.49 yuan, and the total value of other equipment is 2.03 million yuan. There are 95 staff in Sichuan Provincial Cultural Museum (20 of them are self-supporting). By the end of 2006, there are 63 staff in the national establishment of Sichuan Provincial Cultural Museum (7 of them are short of staff and are being recruited by the public), including 20 administrative staff and 43 business staff (including 1 research librarian, 9 associate research librarian, 22 librarian and 11 assistant librarian). There are nine functional departments in the Museum: administrative office, party office, theory and information department, literature and Art Creation Department, literature and art training department, music and dance department, drama and folk art department, fine arts photography department, and four research and development centers for social art level examination, film and television, performing arts, and national folk art.
