Pinggu hiking Avenue
Pinggu international walking Avenue is the first international standard walking Avenue in China. It was officially named in Pinggu District of Beijing on April 25, 2009.
Introduction to scenic spots
Pinggu hiking Avenue belongs to Pinggu South dulehe town and xiong'erzhai township. Starting from Beizhai village, South dulehe Town, the hometown of red apricots in China, passing through four Loushan scenic spots, and ending at Huayu village, xiong'erzhai Township, with a total length of 23 km. There are few villages and wide roads along the way, all of which are the standard of Rural Class III Highway. The road width is 7.5 meters, mainly asphalt pavement, but also some cement pavement and gravel roads. The whole horizontal pavement accounts for half of the total, and uphill road and downhill road account for half of the total A quarter of them are mainly on Panshan highway, with 7 kilometers of small roads and main roads in the middle. Shilin gorge, national 4A scenic spot, Jingdong Grand Canyon, Shilin gorge, Sanyang ancient volcano and other scenic spots are located around the avenue. The road is a green and ecological Avenue with more than 85% green vegetation and fresh air. It is an excellent place for hikers to get close to nature.
