Maya mountain is located in Tianshan Tianchi scenic spot, Fukang City, Changji Prefecture. Majashan cliff Cui Wei, stone peak forest; distant look like a row of majashan, looking up like wanwat in the sky; rocks for strange, stacked rock competition show, dazzling God. The landscape of Maya mountain is caused by rock weathering. Kazakh people call Mt. Maya "maiasan", which means the mountain of butter. The top of Maya mountain is relatively flat. It is a fertile grassland. In summer, it is full of butter grass and flowers. Standing here, you can see the scenery of Tianchi in the north, Bogda peak in the East and snow mountain in the south, and shetian in Urumqi in the West.

Geology and geomorphology

Maya mountain is located in the southwest of Tianchi, about 3 kilometers away from Tianchi. It is deep in the mountains of Bogda bee, adjacent to Yaoku in the West and Denggan mountain in the north. The mountain is about 5 kilometers long, with a peak height of 3056 meters above sea level. Back against the snow capped peak, facing the ice pool. If you visit here, you can enjoy the wonders of strange peaks and rocks, and explore the mystery of nature. At the top of the mountain, there are lots of sharp stones. From a distance, it looks like rows of huge horse teeth, so it's named.

Characteristic products

"Maja wonder" is formed by rows of ancient glaciers. The rock composition of the uplifted Dashan fold in geological period is different. The soft rock stratum is eroded by wind and rain, but the hard rock stratum is delayed. For a long time, "horse tooth" shows wonders. The stone forest of Maya mountain is full of wonders. Some shape like "wolf teeth", bloody mouth, mouth spit fangs, extremely sharp, known as "wolf teeth stone". Some boulders, layer upon layer rolling, if the sea waves, forming a beautiful "sea rock wave map.". Some rocks are rugged, covered with "armour", and the towering stone pillars are like "crocodile mouth", devouring everything. There is a stone, such as "tortoise and bear conjoined", sitting on the big green bear, but with a tortoise like head, strange. There is a stone pillar, like a chest sculpture of an ancient Serb herdsman, wearing a flat top felt hat with a small top and a big bottom, with a slightly open mouth, perhaps calling or paying attention to the sheep. He looked calm and serious. The Kazakh people call Maya mountain "Mayasan", which means "easy to produce oil". Because the mountains here are relatively flat, the rainfall is abundant, the grass is as fat as oil, and the livestock are easy to gain fat after eating.
