Chicheng Lake

Chicheng lake, located 1.5km west of Pengxi County, Sichuan Province, is named after Pengxi County, which is also known as "Chicheng town". It is an artificial lake formed by the people of Pengxi who cut off the water sources of Wenjing River and masang River in Nanchong in the 1970s. The lake covers an area of more than 5000 mu (3.3 million square meters).
