Huangtian village of Jing county is located in the southeast of Langqiao Town, Jing County, Anhui Province. Surrounded by mountains, inlaid in green mountains and rivers. It covers an area of 1.5 square kilometers. Huangtian ancient village began in Jiayou years of the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of 1000 years. The Huangtian ancient residential buildings represented by "ocean boat house" are the crystallization of materialized ancient philosophy and architectural aesthetics, with high historical value, scientific value and unique artistic value.

In February 2016, according to the national standard of "classification and evaluation of the quality grades of tourist attractions" and "measures for the management of the quality grades of tourist attractions", recommended by the relevant municipal tourist attractions quality rating agencies, Anhui provincial tourist attractions quality rating committee proposed to evaluate Huangtian scenic spot of Xuancheng City as a national 4A scenic spot.

Huangtian ancient village began in Jiayou years of the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of 1000 years. The style of writing has flourished and talents have come forth in large numbers.

There are Zhu Li, governor of Guizhou Province in Qianlong period, Zhu Yu, assistant lecturer of Hanlin academy and general editor of National History Museum in Jiaqing period;

Zhu Hongdu, Zhu you and his son were modern national industrialists;

Zhu Jianer, a famous contemporary Symphony composer, Zhu yongbeirui, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and nuclear physicist, etc.

The Zhu family in Huangtian and the Neo Confucianist Zhu Xi shared the same ancestry and flourished in the Qing Dynasty. Once upon a time, rich businessmen gathered in Huangtian, and their wealth was in one city.

There are more than ten academies and six study rooms in the village. The strong flavor of Confucian books embodies the diligence and wisdom of Zhu's ancestors.

Huangtian village is shaped like a boat, with Huangzi mountain in the East and Fengzi River in the south. There are 56 ancient buildings, 135 single buildings, and a total construction area of 33058 square meters. All of them are well preserved. The river banks and roads in the village are built with stones, and more than ten stone bridges are built on the river. The tunnel in the village is straight, the open ditch is connected with the hidden channel, the flowing water flows through the west of the village, and the drainage is unobstructed. The buildings in the village are mainly family temples, residences, academies and bookstores. The buildings are decorated with wood carvings, stone carvings and brick carvings with rich themes and exquisite carvings. The main buildings are ocean boat house (Ducheng Hall), Sishen hall, Juxing hall, Qifeng temple, Jingxiu hall, Chongde hall, Siyong hall, etc.

Tiangu village, located in Langqiao Town, Jingxian County, Anhui Province, is a well-known and simple ancient village. This is a treasure land of geomantic omen. The architectural design and construction of Huangtian village's ancient dwellings is a combination of the architectural art and technology of Qing Dynasty. Although the residence is a closed overall structure, the door and window that make the finishing point are skillfully using the techniques of borrowing and matching scenery to integrate the external landscape with the residence. The architectural layout takes ceremony as the criterion, and the courtyard adopts a set of traditional architectural layout methods, such as north-south central axis, left-right symmetry, and clear primary and secondary. There are many ancient houses with tall and spacious doors and walls, and the walls are decorated with tiles, the unique building material of Jingxian county. The color transition is natural and harmonious, which has the charm of Chinese painting.

The Zhu family in Huangtian is a famous family in Jing County. In the middle of Qing Dynasty, there were ten academies and six study rooms in the village. Among them, "peifengge" library has more than 33000 volumes, and "xiaowanjuzhai" library has more than 100000 volumes. In addition, there are "songzhuxuan", "shaoyitang", "Banqiao library", "lvzhushanfang" and other library.
