Evolution of organizational system
It was also called badian. During the southern imperial edict of Tang Dynasty, huilicheng was built, which was translated as "Jianshui" in Chinese and belonged to Tonghai dudufu. During the period of song Dali, it belonged to the ABA Department of Xiushan County. Jianshui Prefecture was set up in the Yuan Dynasty and called Lin'an Prefecture in the Ming Dynasty. During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, Shuizhou was rebuilt as Jianshui County.
The Western Han Dynasty belongs to wuduo county. The Eastern Han Dynasty belongs to wuduo County of Yizhou.
Shuhan of the Three Kingdoms belongs to wuduo County, Jianning County, Yizhou. The Western Jin Dynasty belongs to ningzhou Xinggu County wuduo county. From the Eastern Jin Dynasty to the Southern Dynasties, Liang belonged to ningzhou.
The Northern Zhou Dynasty belonged to Nanning. In the Sui Dynasty, it was dongcuan land under the jurisdiction of the general manager's office of Nanning Prefecture.
In the early Tang Dynasty, it belonged to Jiannan Daorong Prefecture; in the reign of Yuanhe (806-820), Nanzhao built Huili city in Jianshui, which was subordinate to Tonghai Dudu Prefecture. In the early period of Dali Kingdom, Jianshui County was set up here, which was the fiefdom of badian Hou Xun. In the later period, it belonged to the ABO tribe of Xiushan County.
At the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty, there were 1000 households in Jianshui, belonging to abowan households; in the 13th year of the Yuan Dynasty, it was renamed Jianshui Prefecture, and it was subordinate to Lin'an Road (governing Tonghai).
In the 15th year of Hongwu (1382), Lin'an road was changed into Lin'an Fu, and the Fu Zhi was moved to Jianshui Prefecture, and Lin'an Wei commanding Department (military commanding organ in southern Yunnan) was set up to rebuild the brick city, so Jianshui city is also called Lin'an City.
In the early Qing Dynasty, along with the Ming Dynasty system, Lin'an Prefecture and Linyuan town commander-in-chief were set up here, and Jianshui Prefecture belonged to Lin'an Prefecture.
In July of 1730, the eighth year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty, Lin'an Prefecture belonged to Yidong road.
In October 1766, the 31 year reign of Emperor Qianlong, Lin'an belonged to Yinan road.
In February 1770, Qianlong rebuilt Shuizhou into Jianshui County, which still belonged to Lin'an Prefecture.
In October of the 13th year of Guangxu (1887), Lin'an Prefecture belonged to Kaiguang road.
In October of the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Jianshui County, where Lin'an Prefecture is located, was abolished, and the head of Lin'an Prefecture concurrently took charge of the administrative affairs of Jianshui County.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Lin'an Prefecture was abolished, the county government was restored to Jianshui, and the name was changed to Lin'an County; the North District of Jianshui County was divided out, and Qujiang administrative committee was set up, which is a county-level administrative organ under Mengzi road.
In January of 1914, Jianshui County was restored because of its duplicate name with Lin'an County in Zhejiang Province.
In 1918, Qujiang administrative committee was removed and replaced by Qujiang County assistant of Jianshui County, who was appointed by the provincial government.
In the 11th year of the Republic of China (1922), Zodi of Qujiang County was designated and Quxi county was added. The county government was stationed in Xinjie (approved in November 1929).
In 1929, Jianshui and Quxi counties were directly under the provincial government.
In 1942, Jianshui and Quxi counties belonged to the third administrative supervision district of Yunnan Province.
In 1948, Jianshui and Quxi counties belonged to the fifth administrative supervision district of Yunnan Province.
In 1950, Jianshui and Quxi counties belonged to Mengzi special area.
On September 6, 1957, the State Council decided to set up Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, and Jianshui and Quxi counties belonged to Honghe Prefecture (Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture was established on November 18, 1957).
In October 1958, the CPC Honghe prefectural committee decided to abolish Quxi county.
On September 13, 1960, the State Council abolished Quxi county and merged the former administrative region of Quxi County into Jianshui County. After that, Jianshui County abolished the district township system, and built 10 communes in Jianshui County, including puxiong, Guanting, Xizhuang, Nanzhuang, Chenguan, Chake, zhala, Qujiang, Limin and suzu.
In 1999, Miandian township was set up as a town. Nianchake Township, Guanting Township, Qinglong Township and Dongba Township were set up.
In 2003, Lin'an Town, Dongba town and Chenguan town were abolished and Lin'an town was established; Qujiang town and dongshanba Township were abolished and Qujiang town was established.
In 2005, Qujiang Town, Limin Township and lihaozhai Township were abolished and a new Qujiang town was established. The town government was stationed in the former Qujiang town government.
